Wedgewood Apartments are located on a 105 acres resort surrounded by a 75-acre wildlife sanctuary and a 2,000-acre migratory waterfowl refuge.  Experience natural beauty: the northern lights in the winter, and manicured grounds in the summer. Wedgewood offers one and two bedroom condo-style apartments. Annual and six-month leases are available during winter months (Sept – May). University faculty and students may also apply for Semester leases.

Wedgewood Apartments are centrally located between downtown Fairbanks and the University of Alaska Fairbanks, off of College Road, making it an ideal base for faculty, students, and UAF staff. It is also the perfect location for military service personnel and families stationed at Fort Wainwright. Seasonal workers enjoy the convenience of location, as well.

The apartments are spacious and provide residents with fully-equipped kitchens, separate living and dining rooms with the bedrooms arranged off the dining area and the bathroom separate from the bedroom.

All units are fully furnished, including 2 flat-screen TVs and bedroom A/C units. Bring your own linens and dishes and you’re ready to move in! Unfurnished units are available with annual lease. ($85/hour maintenance fee to remove furniture.)

All units are pet-free and non-smoking. There are designated smoking areas with canopies on the resort grounds.

Walkada Apartments offer one and two bedroom condo-style apartments. Annual, six-month and three-month leases are available. 

Walkada Apartments are located on Second Avenue within walking distance of downtown Fairbanks. Newly remodeled, our clean, convenient apartments are so comfortable and affordable. Laundry facilities are located on site.

The Chena River and the paved pedestrian and bike path that meanders along the river bank is right outside your doors. Jump on your bike and head to the local brewery within minutes. Catch downtown events with ease. Launch your paddleboard for a cruise on the river under the midnight sun.
